Is the motor really free, or is it a rebate?
It is free at the time of order, not a mail-in rebate. Hunter Douglas waives the motor surcharge on Provenance® Woven Wood Shades and Aria™ Soft Blinds ordered with PowerView® between October 6 and December 18, 2026. Motorization usually costs hundreds of dollars per window covering. Your quote shows the motor as a line at zero.
What is not included?
The Pebble remote and the PowerView gateway hub are optional extras. You do not need either to run the shades: the built-in controls and the free PowerView app on your phone do it. Some product exclusions may apply, and we confirm eligibility on your quote before you order.
Will woven wood shades give me privacy at night?
On their own, woven wood shades filter light rather than block it, so at night a lit room shows through. Add a privacy liner or a blackout liner and nobody can see in. We bring both to the consultation so you can see the difference.
How quiet is the motor, and what about batteries?
PowerView motors are close to silent; most people check whether the shade moved. The rechargeable battery wand lasts about a year of normal use and recharges in place, or we can hardwire the shades.
What if the shades are measured or cut wrong?
Our own Hunter Douglas certified team measures and installs, and we stand behind the fit. If something is off, you call us and we make it right. The product itself carries the Hunter Douglas lifetime limited warranty.
Do you serve Brentwood and Franklin, or just Nashville?
Both. We serve Nashville, Belle Meade, Brentwood, Franklin and the rest of Middle Tennessee from our showroom at 5133 Harding Pike.
